When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays ship the following business day.
How do I track my delivery?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email from AusPost with your unique tracking number. You can enter this number directly on the AusPost website for real-time updates.
What if my tracking isn't updating?
Tracking scans may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system after dispatch. If there is no movement after 48 business hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
Free Shipping Threshold
All orders over $100 qualify for free AusPost Express domestic shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout once the threshold is met.
